SAT Access Management

PointBlue just wrapped up several months supporting Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT), the Mexican tax authority, for the second consecutive tax season. This year they processed over 20 million tax returns with no significant issues.

We worked hand-in-hand with the team from Novell Mexico to thoroughly review the configuration and tuning of their LDAP directories and their NetIQ Access Management system. Once everything was in proper shape we stayed for the duration of the tax season monitoring the system and analyzing usage statistics. We also began planning for a major system upgrade that will take place in the off-season.
